Founder of Garbhgyaan

Angana Das is the founder and a conscious parenting guide who personally followed Garbh Sanskar and experienced a complete natural birth. Her guidance comes from real-life practice, not theory. With a deep belief in mindful pre-conception, pregnancy, and emotional well-being, she helps couples shape a healthy, balanced future for their child.

Dr. Pooja Yadav

Ayurvedic Physician

Dr. Pooja Yadav is a Registered Medical Practitioner with a BAMS degree from K.G. Mittal Ayurvedic College, Mumbai, and over 10 years of clinical experience. She holds PGDEMS and a Diploma in Clinical Panchkarma, and is certified in Ayurvedic Garbh Sanskar and Pregnancy Nutrition. Her evidence-based, holistic approach emphasizes preventive care.

Pandit Devvrat Tiwari

Vedic Ritual Expert

A postgraduate in Ancient History from Awadh University, Ayodhya, with over 20 years of experience in performing authentic Vedic rituals and samskaras. Trained in Vedas, Vedanga, Indian philosophy, culture, Karmkand, and Sanskrit language and literature, he conducts sacred ceremonies with precision, discipline, and traditional purity.

Suman Chauhan is a certified nutrition care expert from Lincoln University under the Indo-Vietnam Medical Board. She is a trained prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher from Shivam Yoga Studio, holds a diploma from the Hatha Yoga Institute, and has over 5 years of experience supporting women through pregnancy and postnatal recovery.
